Buddy Austin founded SanBud Builders, Inc. in 1978 after years in the construction business as a trim carpenter. His theory was if is right from the foundation up there will be no need to cover up anything. Being know as someone who is easy to work with, most of Buddy Austin’s homes have been contract build jobs. His reputation as an honest hard working builder has given him repeat business from families and friends of his clients. As some of his clients’ needs change, he has been contracted to add a room addition or build a new home for them.

Buddy is looking forward to building in Arden Gate at River Bend for several simple reasons, beautiful large lots and the feeling of going back in time with home exteriors. Each home will have a unique custom feel with no two being the same. The interior of each home will be customized with all the latest features and craftsmanship.
